SOUMITRA PAL,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record.
(2.) In the writ petition the petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the State respondents including the Managing Director, West Bengal, HIDCO, Kolkata, the respondent no.6, to consider the representation dated 22nd December, 2011 in respect of the land situated at R.S. dag no. 27, under mouza Thakdari, Rajarhat presently known as New Town, District 24 Parganas. Prayer has also been made for a direction upon the respondents to demarcate the land showing the acquired land and the unacquired portion.
(3.) It is emphatically submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the petitioners are still in possession of the land in question, the respondents are trying to encroach upon the said plot of land.;
