SOUMITRA PAL,J. - (1.) Let affidavit of service, filed in Court today, be kept on record.

In the writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the respondents particularly on the Fishery Extension Officer, Chandipur, Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 to consider their representation dated 22nd March, 2011 whereby they have objected against the action of the private respondent no. 12 who has converted the agricultural land into a fishery.
(3.) Learned advocate for the private respondent no. 12 submits that such conversion and running of fishery is done in accordance with law after having licence granted by the authority.;
