(2.) On the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, leave is granted to him to add the State Transport Authority, West Bengal as party respondent to this proceeding. Since Mr. Jaladhi Das, the learned Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the newly added respondent, the formality of serving a copy of this writ application upon the newly added respondent is dispensed with.
(3.) This writ application is filed by the petitioner on the ground of non-consideration of his application dated March 25, 2011 for granting stage carriage permit in his favour to ply his vehicle (Bus) on the route from Keyageria to Sonarpur.;
