DEBASISH KAR GUPTA,J. - (1.) Let the supplementary affidavit to the writ application filed by the petitioner be kept on record.

The subject-matter involved in this writ application is granting of pensionery benefit in favour of the petitioner arising out of his service as an Assistant Teacher of Kotrong Bhupendra Smriti Vidyalaya, Post Office - Hind Motor, District - Hooghly. The adjudication of the above issued requires production of relevant records from the office of the respondent no. 4 i.e. the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Hooghly.
(3.) Today it is submitted by Smt. Reshmi Ghosh, learned State advocate that inspite of her repeated requests no information/instruction is sent from the office of the respondent no. 4 for proper assistance of this Court.;
