JAYANTA KUMAR BISWAS,J. - (1.) The petitioner in this WP under Article 226 dated February 21, 2012 is questioning a decision of the Child Development Project Officer, Galsi-I, ICDS Project, Burdwan of the Government of West Bengal dated February 9, 2012 (at p.36).
(2.) The decision has been given dealing with the petitioner's objection to selection of the sixth respondent for the work: "Storing of Food Stuff and other ICDS Materials" - that was put out to tender by the Child Development Project Officer. The petitioner participated, and the sixth respondent, also participating, was selected.
(3.) The petitioner submitted an objection alleging that the sixth respondent did not have a valid VAT registration and trade licence, and that the sixth respondent did not submit the sketch map of the godown with his tender.;
