BISWANATH SOMADDER, J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.
(2.) The petitioner has claimed to be an assistant worker in Bagunda Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd. On apprehension of termination of his service, he made a representation on 1st July, 2011, addressed, inter alia, to the Registrar of Cooperative Society, Government of West Bengal and the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society, Krishnanagar, District - Nadia.
(3.) In the instant writ petition, the writ petitioner has prayed, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately absorb him in a permanent post and not to take any step to terminate his services as an assistant worker.;
