SOUMITRA PAL,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record.
(2.) In the writ petition the petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the authorities of the Howrah Municipal Corporation particularly on the Assistant Engineer, Borough Committee No.III, Howrah Municipal Corporation of ward no.25, the respondent no.4, to take steps against the construction made by the private respondent no.5 on the ground that it has been raised unauthorisedly.
(3.) Submission has been made that though a copy of the complaint regarding unauthorised construction dated 2nd November, 2011, addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Shibpur Police Station, was also served on the respondent no.4, however no steps have been taken. Aggrieved this writ petition has been filed.;
