Re : CAN 4680 of 2011 (Section 5) After considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners and upon perusing the application for condonation of delay, it appears that sufficient cause has been shown to explain the delay in filing of the review application and as such the delay stands condoned. (2.) A review of an order dated 1st February, 2011, passed by this Court in W.P.17878(W) of 2010, is prayed for by the review-applicants.
(3.) By that order the aforementioned writ petition was dismissed upon taking into consideration an earlier order of this Court passed in another writ petition. In the present application, review of the order dated 1st February, 2011, has been sought for upon relying on an order dated 1st October, 2010, passed by this Court in W.P. 14522(W) of 2010.;
