I.P.MUKERJI,J. - (1.) Upon mentioning by Mr. B. K. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate both the applications, GA No. 177 of 2012 and GA No. 3568 of 2011 are treated as on the day's list.
(2.) Mr. Chatterjee apprises me in detail about the submissions he had made before the Hon'ble Appeal Court, which culminated in the order made on 10th January 2012.
(3.) I am satisfied from his submissions that no representation was made by him before that Court that his clients, the defendants were submitting to the jurisdiction of this Court.;
