JUDGEMENT
ASHOKE KUMAR DASADHIKARI, J. -
(1.) The claim and contention of the writ petitioner in this writ application is that the Madrasah was opened by the concerned writ petitioners. They came up before this Court and this Hon'ble Court directed to grant approval. The first judgment was delivered by Hon'ble Justice Amitava Lala wherein the direction was given for such approval. Thereafter the State authorities did not grant such approval and/or recognition. Subsequently, contempt application was filed and there was also direction to give such approval but the respondent authorities were very reluctant in this regard.
(2.) Mr. Mondal, learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the State respondents are ignoring all these orders passed by this Court. The order has not been appealed against. The State authorities are to act in terms of the order passed by this Court on different occasion. The learned Counsel appearing for the State respondents submits that Madrasah Board did not recommend such institution.
(3.) Mr. Mondal submits that the Madrasah Board has already granted approval and/or sanction. Therefore, it is the duty of the State to approve now.;
