- (1.) The CAN No.11255 of 2011 has been filed for restoration of the CAN No.7834 of 2011 that was filed for restoration of the WP No.12018(W) of 2011 under art.226 dated July 19, 2011.
(2.) By an order dated July 26, 2011 the WP was dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioner, and by an order dated December 7, 2011 the CAN No.7834 of 2011 was dismissed also for non-appearance of the petitioner.
(3.) After hearing counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that both the CANs should be allowed, and that the WP should be restored to file.;
