(2.) This writ application is directed against an order dated August 4, 2011 passed by the respondent no. 3 rejecting the application of the petitioner for granting a contract carriage permit in his favour to ply his vehicle (Maxi Cab) on the route from Falakata to Birpara, District - Jalpaiguri.
(3.) Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties as also after considering the facts and circumstances of this case I find that the impugned order was passed by the respondent no. 3 rejecting the above application of the petitioner on the ground of over-congestion of the route.;
