This writ application is directed against a resolution dated September 30, 2011 adopted in the meeting of the respondent No. 2 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for granting contract carriage permit to enable him to ply his vehicle (Auto Rickshaw) on the route from New Alipurduar to Hamiltonganj, District-Jalpaiguri.
(3.) After considering the impugned resolution, I find that the application of the petitioner rejected on the ground of congestion of the route in question.;
