BISWANATH SOMADDER,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.
(2.) After considering the submissions made by the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the instant application, it appears that writ petitioner is essentially seeking to participate in the selection process for the post of a Gram Panchayat Karmee based on his previous experience as a Tax Collecting Sarkar of Aniya Gram Panchayat situated in the district of Hooghly.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has completed six years service as a Tax Collecting Sarkar as on 1st January, 2011, since he joined the said post on 1st January, 2005, and as such, he was eligible to be considered for the post of Gram Panchayat Karmee based on such previous experience.;
