BISWANATH SOMADDER,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.
(2.) Three erstwhile elected members of the Board of Directors of Dakshin Dinajpur District Cooperative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Ltd. have filed the instant writ petition on 12th September, 2011, challenging the order dated 11th August, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, West Bengal.
(3.) The specific submission made by the learned counsel representing the petitioners is that the impugned order which was passed on the basis of an enquiry made by the State Government cannot be sustained since no copy of the enquiry report of the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Dakshin Dinajpur Range, was supplied to the petitioners. According to the learned advocate for the petitioners, on this ground alone the impugned order is liable to be set aside.;
