(2.) This writ application is filed by the petitioner on the ground of non-consideration of his application dated May 8, 2009 for granting contract carriage permit in his favour to ply his vehicle (Auto Rickshaw) on the route from Salkumarhat to Bagan Bari, District-Jalpaiguri.
(3.) I direct the respondent No. 2 to take a decision in respect of the above application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.;
