(2.) This writ application is filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent authority to consider his application dated October 4, 2010 for granting contract carriage permit in his favour to ply his vehicle on the route from Madanpur Station to Chakdaha Station, District Nadia.
(3.) The petitioner filed his application before the respondent no.2. By virtue of a resolution adopted in the meeting of the respondent no.2, the above application was rejected.;
