- (1.) This application under Section 439 of the Cr. P. C. has been filed by the accused Sanjib Bera @ Tolo and Sk. Edris @ Md. Edris, praying for bail in connection with Bhabanipur Police Station Case No.191 of 2011 dated 17.8.2011 under Sections 408/420/120B/379/411/414/468 of the I.P.C.
(2.) Heard Mr. Karmakar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. He submits that some of the accused persons have been granted bail and these petitioners surrendered in Court on 1st December, 2011 and were also in P.C. for a couple of days. Therefore, they should be granted bail.
