PATHERYA, J. - (1.) None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
(2.) By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks appointment to the post of Assistant Primary School Teacher in Hindi Language.
(3.) The case of the petitioner is that although he participated in the selection process initiated in 2009 pursuant to advertisement dated 13th August, 2009 and the petitioner having participated in the written test so also in the interview, no appointment letter has been given to the petitioner. In fact, the Memo of 24th September, 2010 has also not been made applicable to the petitioner, who belongs to the backward class. Hence this application has been filed and orders sought.;
