SUBHRO KAMAL MUKHERJEE,J. - (1.) Mr. Lakshmi Kumar Gupta, senior advocate, has handed over two sets of compilation of papers in Court with a copy to the learned advocate for the respondents.
(2.) This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated August 13, 1998 passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1378 of 1998.
(3.) By the order impugned, the Hon'ble Single Judge dismissed the writ petition.;
