NISHITA MHATRE, J. - (1.) THE petitions challenge the order passed in O.A. Nos. 2012 of 2008, 2074 of 2008, 2075 of 2008, 3573 of 2008, 9399 of 2008 and 9400 of 2008. A common order was passed in these applications alongwith Writ Application 1001 of 2008 and Original Application No. 4523 of 2008 by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal.
(2.) THESE applications were filed by the private respondents in the writ petitions challenging the order dated 18th January 2008, cancelling the examination held for recruitment of Lower Division Clerks in the Regional offices under the Directorate of Agriculture. For the reasons stated by us in the judgement we have delivered to day in W.P.S.T. No. 611 of 2009 and other connected matters, these writ petitions are dismissed with costs quantified at '. 2,000/- payable to each private respondent in every petition. Urgent certified photocopies of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all formalities.;
