- (1.) Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, Howrah Municipal Corporation prays for two weeks time to comply with the order of this Court passed on July 20, 2009.
(2.) Such prayer is opposed by Mr. Rameshwar Bhattacharjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant.
(3.) Mr. D.N. Chatterjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent submitted that he had no instruction in the matter as pointed out to us on the last occasion when the matter was called on and passed-over.;
