- (1.) The petitioner in this art.226 petition dated August 10, 2011 is questioning an order of provisional assessment dated July 19, 2011 (at p.36) passed by the assessing officer of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, a licensee under the Electricity Act, 2003.
(2.) Mr Bhattacharya appearing for the petitioner submits that the order is palpably bad.
(3.) Counsel for the licensee submits that the assessing officer has fixed the hearing for August 18, 2011.;
