AMRITA SINHA,J. - (1.) The petitioner aspires to join the Indian Army.
(2.) An advertisement was published by the Army Recruiting Office, Gopalpur for recruitment of eligible candidates. The Rally Site was at the Sports Ground and Biju Pattanaik Auditorium of Berhampur University, Berhampur, district Ganjam in the State of Orissa.
(3.) The petitioner appeared in the physical examination at the Rally Site on 23rd October 2019 where he was declared unfit on the ground of several disabilities viz. 'Visual Acuity lower than 6/6, Cubitus Valgas and thin Tympanic Membrane L'.;
