(2.) The petitioner challenges an order passed by the D.I. of Schools(SE), Kolkata, on August 30, 2013. By the impugned order, the approval of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher in Shree Balakrishna Vittalnath Vidyalaya has been rejected.
(3.) The petitioner was originally appointed on a temporary basis in the School in the Social Science Group on January 5, 2000. Her educational qualifications are B.A.(PGDBA).;
