JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) This is first bail application filed by applicant Deepak Sharma under section 438 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.875/2017 registered at P.S. Gorakhpur, District Jabalpur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the IPC.
