JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first bail application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail to the applicant, as he has been arrested on 26/10/2021 in connection with Crime No.484/2021, registered at Police Station - Bhanpura, District Mandsaur (M.P.) for commission of offence punishable under Ss. 376, 376(2)(n) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sec. 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
