VISHAL MISHRA, J. - (1.)This is first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C filed by the applicants for grant of bail.
(2.)The applicants have been arrested on 13/11/2021 by Police Station Dharnavada District Guna in connection with Crime No.406 of 2021 registered i n relation to the offence punishable u/Ss.379, 511 of IPC and Sec. 136 of Electricity Act.
(3.)It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the allegation against the present applicants is of theft of black oil from DP. It is further submitted that the investigation is over in the matter on 27/11/2021 and only charge-sheet is required to be filed, therefore, there is no further requirement of custodial interrogation of the applicants. The applicant are ready to abide with all the terms and conditions as may be imposed by this court while considering this bail application.
