LAXMINARAYAN AND BABLU Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these petitions for granting bail under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. have arisen out of the same crime number, therefore, they are heard analogously and are being decided by this common order.

(2.) These are the first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C in Crime No.73/2020, under Sections 294 , 323 , 307 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station--Garoth, District--Mandsaur.

(3.) This is a dispute between Ashok and Ramprasad on account of measurement of some agriculture land and delivery of possession of the same. The date was fixed on 27.02.2020. Both the parties were present, but officials could not reach. At that moment, both the parties scrambled.
