(3.) Applicant is in custody since 24.05.2020 in connection with Crime No.252/2020 registered at Police Station Gotegaon, District Narsinghpur (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 294, 323, 34 of IPC and 25, 27 of Arms Act.
