(2.)This is First application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.16/2020, registered at Police Station- Station Road, Ratlam District- Ratlam for commission of the offence punishable under Section 376 & 506 of I.P.C.
(3.)As per prosecution case, the complainant lodged FIR against the applicant alleging that he committed rape upon her. On that basis police registered the aforesaid offence against the applicant.
