PER SANJAY YADAV,J. - (1.)Writ Petition No.16450/2011 Departmental communication No.11/ [kfut/3/6/2011/1476, Tikamgarh dated 05.09.2011 is under challenge.
(2.)Vide impugned communication, Collector, Tikamgarh has apprised the Secretary, Mineral Resources Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, as regard to the action proposed for cancellation of mining lease of a land forming part of forest land.
(3.)Events leading to issuance of impugned communication are : Land bearing Khasra No.475/6 admeasuring 35.950 hectares (88.86 acres) situated at Mouza Ahar Tahsil Baldeogarh District Tikamgarh consist of Forest and Revenue Land.
