Vivek Rusia, J. - (1.)This is a First application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by applicant - Parsingh S/o Jairam Vakhla, who has been arrested by Police on 06.08.2020 in Crime No.793/2019, Police Station Jhabua, District Jhabua concerning offence under Sections 392 and 395 of the IPC.
(2.)Heard the learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing and perused the case diary.
(3.)As per prosecution story, on 22.08.2019, applicant along with four others found involved in the highway robbery.
