JUDGEMENT

(2.) The applicants have filed this first bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.372/2020 registered at Police Station Gwalior, District Gwalior (M.P.) in relation to the offence punishable under Sections 452 , 294 , 323 , 506 and 34 of IPC.
