- (1.) M. L. Singhal, J. I have heard the learned Counsel for the accused applicant and the learned A. G. A. for the State.
(2.) IN the F. I. R. the allegation is that the accused applicant fired with katta hitting the deceased but in the post-mortem examination apart from the two abrasions one contusion 12 cm x 8 cm on the left side of head around left eye of the deceased has been found. As made by the learned Coun sel for the accused applicant the post-mortem examination does not support prosecution version. The accused applicant Raj Kumar alias Ram Kumar in Case Crime No. 156 of 1998 under Section 302, I. P. C. Police Station Gonda, District Aligarh shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a per sonal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. Bail granted. .;
