- (1.) The petitioners have assailed the order dated 09.06.2016 passed by the National Council for Teacher Education, rejecting the application of the petitioners for grant of recognition for M.Ed. Course.
(2.) The order dated 09.06.2016, records that the petitioners had failed to submit the No Objection Certificate of the affiliating body, with the hard copy of the application. The application for grant of recognition for the M.Ed. course, was consequently rejected on the following ground: "Non-submission of NOC from the affiliating body as required under clause 5(3) of the NCTE Regulation, 2014."
(3.) The petitioners admit to the fact, that they had not submitted the No Objection Certificate, from the respondent affiliating University along with their application for recognition.;
