- (1.) Earlier a supplementary affidavit dated 21.10.2019 was filed by learned counsel for the applicant and today second supplementary affidavit dated 04.11.2019 has been filed and the same is taken on record.
(2.) Rejoinder affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the applicant today, the same is also taken on record.
