- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.
(2.) Under challenge in this petition is an order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Sitapur whereby he has condoned the delay in filing the appeal which was filed by the respondent no.3 against the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer.
(3.) The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 31.10.2018 passed by the District Magistrate/District Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sitapur, whereby the revision petition preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation has been dismissed.;
