Ajay Bhanot, J. - (1.) The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. A writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to get the answer-sheets of paper no. 1 and paper no. II of the petitioner rechecked through different examiners."
(2.) The petitioner appeared in the B.Sc. (Zoology) Examination in the year 2015.
(3.) The respondent University by order dated 07.05.2016 had invalidated the claim of the petitioner for rechecking of her answer-sheets. Further, it is also borne out from the communication, of the University dated 21.08.2017, that the answer-sheets of the petitioner have been weeded out.;
