(3.) This application under section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 06.04.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad, in Complaint Case No. 1271 of 2018 (Chhotelal vs. Dalvir and others), under Sections 127 , 323 , 504 , 452 , 427 I.P.C., Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad as well as the entire proceedings of above mentioned complaint case.;
