JUDGEMENT

- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri A.K. Singh Parihar, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3.
(2.) The U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, respondent no.2, published an advertisement no.2/2016 calling for eligible candidates for selection and appointment on 1344 posts of Lecturer (Male) for different subjects. For the post of Lecturer (History), total 46 posts were advertised out of which 26 posts were for General Category, 12 posts were reserved for Other Backward Classes (O.B.C.) category and 8 posts were reserved for Scheduled Castes (S.C) category. The qualification prescribed for the post of Lecturer (History) was postgraduate. As per the advertisement, written examination was to be held in two stages; objective type paper and other of interview. The written examination was held on 01.02.2019 from 9.30 to 11.30 am.
(3.) The petitioner submitted online application for the post of Lecturer (History). Pursuant to the aforesaid application of the petitioner, the petitioner was issued Admit Card for PGT Examination 2016 (Male Category) Lecturer (History) bearing Roll No.0309007137. The petitioner appeared in the examination and was given Booklet Series-B, Code: PG-09 History, Question Booklet No.1064298. The Examination Controller, respondent no.3, in the month of February, 2019, issued answer key for the PGT Examination-2016 Code: PG-09 Lecturer (History) (Set-B). The respondent no.3 submitted objection in respect of question nos.15, 20, 40, 48, 54, 60, 82, 95, 102, 104, 109 and 114. The result of PGT Examination-2016 Code: PG-09 (Male Category) Lecturer (History) was declared on 25.10.2019 on the official website of respondent no.2. The roll number of the petitioner did not find place in the shortlisted candidates for the interview.;
