- (1.) Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No.6 of 2018 with Civil Misc. Recall/Restoration Application No.7 of 2018
(2.) The recall application has been filed alongwith the delay condonation application to seek recall of the order dated 12 May 2017 whereby Civil Misc. Recall/Restoration Application No.327909 of 2016 moved by Shri Vidhya Bhushan Srivastava and Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma, has been dismissed for want of prosecution.
(3.) The submission is that the earlier counsels could not appear as their names were not shown in the cause list.;
