(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance/disobedience of the judgment and order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Special Appeal Defective No.311 of 2015 whereby the Division Bench has affirmed the judgment and order dated 04.08.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.1515 (M/S) of 2014.
(3.) The aforesaid Special Appeal Defective No.311 of 2015 was dismissed in terms of judgment and order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 581 of 2014.;
(2.) This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance/disobedience of the judgment and order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Special Appeal Defective No.311 of 2015 whereby the Division Bench has affirmed the judgment and order dated 04.08.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.1515 (M/S) of 2014.
(3.) The aforesaid Special Appeal Defective No.311 of 2015 was dismissed in terms of judgment and order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 581 of 2014.;
