- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned State Counsel and Shri Anuj Kumar Singh, learned counsel representing the respondent no.3.
(2.) Under challenge in this petition is an order order dated 03.04.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation whereby in pending appeal, substitution application moved for substituting the legal heirs of the deceased Ganga Bux Singh has been allowed.
(3.) The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 17.05.2019 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation whereby the revision petition preferred by the petitioners against the aforesaid order dated 03.04.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation has been dismissed.;
