Abdul Moin, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-respondents, Sri Anurag Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 and Sri Raes Ahmad holding brief of Sri C.B. Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5.
(2.) By means of the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for a mandamus commanding the respondents to pay monthly salary of the petitioners regularly/every month.
(3.) This Court on 11.09.2019 had passed the following order:- "Heard.;
