- (1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 5.
(2.) The dispute that is being raised by means of the petition pertains to plot no.598, area 1.407 hectare, situated in village Manra, Pargana and Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh.
(3.) It is submitted that in fact the total area of this plot is more than three hectares.;
