Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, j. - (1.) Heard Sri S.K.Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Dileep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.6.

The dispute raised in this petition pertains to election of the Committee of Management of a recognized government aided intermediate college, namely Sri Ganesh Vidyalaya Inter College, Aihar, Raebareli. This petition also concerns itself with attestation of signatures as Manager of the institution.
(3.) The last undisputed election of the Committee of Management of the institution was conducted on 08.06.2014 where respondent no.6-Prahlad Kumar Mishra was elected as Manager whose signatures were also attested and as per approved Scheme of Administration, his term as Manager and the term of Committee of Management was to last on 07.06.2019.;
