- (1.) On an oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let District Collector, Bahraich be impleaded as respondent no.6.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner shall incorporate the necessary amendments in the array of respondents of this petition during course of the day.
(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and Shri Jai Kumar, learned counsel representing the Land Management Committee/Gaon Sabha concerned.;
