Ajay Kumar Singh has filed Contempt Appeal No. 4 of 2018 and Bhaskar Mishra has filed Contempt Appeal No. 3 of 2018, from the judgment and order of punishment passed by Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court, dated 14.03.2018, in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 941 of 2017, Dr. Ranjeet Singh vs. Shri Bhaskar Mishra and 2 others.
(3.) Dr. Ranjeet Singh (opposite-party-1) was posted as the Principal of Panchsheel Inter College, Fatehganj, Jaunpur, a "Private Aided Institution". In pursuance of the resolution of Committee of Management of the College, Ajay Kumar Singh (the appellant), in the capacity of the manager, vide letter dated 05.10.2016, suspended Dr. Ranjeet Singh, in exercise of powers under Section 16-G of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and initiated disciplinary proceeding and also issued a charge sheet. Dr. Ranjeet Singh submitted his reply dated 17.10.2016, against the suspension order/charge sheet. Committee of Management was not satisfied with the reply of Dr. Ranjeet Singh. Ajay Kumar Singh, therefore, forwarded the papers relating to disciplinary proceedings to District Inspector of School, Jaunpur, on 17.10.2016, for approval of suspension order, as required under Section 16-G (7) of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921.;
