JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.T.Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4, Sri Karuna Shanker Mishra, learned counsel representing respondent nos.5 and 6 and Sri Alok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7.
(2.) Learned Standing Counsel has produced the record from where the order dated 27.06.2018 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Bakshi-Ka-Talab, Lucknow under Rule 109-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules (hereinafter referred to as 'Rules') has emanated. The said record has also been perused by the Court.
(3.) The facts of the present case which can be gathered from the pleadings available on record are such that the Court feels it appropriate to entertain this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.06.2018 passed by the Consolidation Officer directly without resorting to remedies of the appeal or revision available to the petitioner under the relevant provision of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act (hereinafter referred to as 'Act').;
